Yāpana Stretch One-on-One is an excellent way for the yoga instructor to increase their earning potential and be of service through yoga. This four-day intensive teaches you how to safely stretch your students. The Stretch is like receiving a body massage, but more unique. Drawing from decades of experience working with professional athletes, the physically challenged or injured individuals, Leeann Carey designed this program to help you take yoga teaching to a new level and create a profitable business. You will learn how to work one-on-one, holding students in assisted yoga poses and using hands-on adjustments and seamless supported movements. The result is an entirely satisfying and pain-free yoga experience that leaves your student feeling open, relaxed and joyful.
