Full payment due in full 60 days before scheduled event or upon registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Our policy is pretty much the same as every other hotel or retreat center. If you book with us and we hold your room, then there's not much chance of a walk-in being able to fill your space if you cancel within 30 days.

Please understand that if you don't show up to take your room, that even though we keep your deposit, we lose the other monies that you would have paid when your space sits empty, so we share the loss equally with you. So this applies in all situations, whether it's caused by your own fault, medical emergencies, or acts of God.

60-Day Refund Policy:

If you want to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, then we will refund half of the money you paid for deposit.

If you want to cancel your reservation 60 days or less before your scheduled arrival date, then you will lose your deposit. If you prove that the cancellation is due to no fault of your own, such as an act of God (earthquake, storm, meteor strike, etc) or a documented medical emergency, then you can apply your deposit towards a future LCY event.

Retreat Cancellation:

If for some reason the retreat is canceled at any time by LCY for any reason, your full deposit and monies paid will be returned, cause that's how we roll.
